1 Introduction

Welcome to 111kap. By accessing or using the 111kap website, mobile application or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members and anyone making use of any part of the 111kap service.

111kap operates an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting — with a particular focus on cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and football — as well as live casino games, slots and other gaming products. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) using local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 111kap, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Your Account

Account details — including username, password and registered payment methods — must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details change, update your account information promptly. 111kap is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
• Keep your login details private and secure at all times.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
• Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 111kap are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in PKR is credited to your account in PKR.

Deposits are generally processed quickly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any verification requirements that apply to your account. 111kap does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• The payment method used for deposit should match the method used for withdrawal where possible.
• 111kap reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after they have been credited and used for betting will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in account closure.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time from your account balance. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. 111kap aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Accounts that have completed verification will generally see faster withdrawal processing. If your account has not been verified, we may request documentation before releasing the funds.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method.
• Account verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• 111kap does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements being met first.
• Any suspected fraudulent withdrawal activity may result in the withdrawal being held pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

111kap offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry dates. These terms are displayed clearly when the offer is presented and must be read before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all 111kap promotions:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring or selling bonus credits is prohibited.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

8 Casino Rules

The 111kap casino offering includes live casino games — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, game show titles — and a library of slot titles across a range of volatility levels. The following rules apply to all casino play:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer results. 111kap does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection during a live casino game does not void the game round — the result stands as determined by the live dealer or game system at the time of the disconnection.

• Creating more than one account (whether under the same name, a different name or any other method of circumventing the single-account rule).
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other systematic method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play.
• Using automated software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games on your behalf.
• Attempting to manipulate odds, game outcomes or any part of the platform through technical exploits.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of unlawful activity or using the platform in any way related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 111kap staff or other players via any support channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

111kap reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any conduct that 111kap considers harmful to the platform or other players.
• A player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or activity for an extended period may be closed after prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to a dispute will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable review period.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact 111kap player support. Your balance will be processed to your registered withdrawal method once any outstanding wagering requirements or verification steps are complete.

12 Limitation of Liability

111kap provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform stable, fast and accessible, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

• 111kap is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connection failures or any technical issue beyond our reasonable control.
